Tree IssuesOpen269 Madison Ter Bridgeport, Connecticut, 06606 - BridgeportHello - due to the rain last week a tree fell and landed partially on my backyard fence, damaging it. The tree looks to belong to the city because there is a city creek that runs between my backyard and the backyard on the adjacent street.
