neighbors are letting the weeds in their yard grow to over 15ft almost as tall as their trees. unfortunately something about these particular weeds attract HORNETS that have made their home at the base of the stalks. I've asked them to tend to their land as we work from home and clients must walk past that area yet no change all season. we can't even get close enough to repair a fallen wooden plank from our fence. please help

UPDATE:
Per our Health Department - Anti-Blight, the inspector did not consider the area as blight, and did not observe hornets at the time of inspection. If you now have the issue of hornets, you have to contact the state's wildlife control/public Health at the number below:
