Basement was constructed without a permit and Attic was constructed by permit. The Landlord turned a two family into four family with stove in it. It is fire violation, families are living in those location. This is second time reported violation. My neighbor is in violation of all codes. I am afraid house might catch on fire.

The owner of the property called and said that he will call next week to schedule an appointment for access to the basement.
