I was walking past the Parkade twice in the last 2 weeks, once in the parkade and the other time on the corner of Capt Thomas blvd and Thomas street. A young African American has a mean pit bull on a 20 ft chain, it chased a elderly senior woman at the walk sign near Biagettis and terrorized her. Yesterday the same person with the mean dog was ready to pounce and kill a family walking their small dog. WH POLICE TAKE NOTICE i WALK MY SMALL GRANDCHILD IN THE PARKADE, DON'T WAIT UNTIL THIS FIGHTING PIT BULL KILLS SOMEONE, A DOG OR A CHILD.
